BRAZILIAN LEGISLATION

On August 5, 2010, the law nº 12,305 was approved, referring to the National Solid Waste Policy in Brazil, which requires the proper disposal for electronic waste and establishes shared responsibility for the final disposal of and environmentally friendly products in the post-consumer period, i.e. manufacturers, importers, distributors, traders, consumers and the public authorities are also responsible for the correct destination of waste. In the State of São Paulo, State Law 13,576 was enacted in July 2009, establishing procedures for recycling, management and final disposal of technological waste.

Paulicomp-eco is located in Bariri – SP, near the main industrial centers of electronic products as: Jaguariúna (Motorola), Hortolândia (IBM,Dell),  Campinas (Samsug), Indaiatuba (Foxconn), Jundiaí (Foxconn, Compal e Apple), Itu (Lenovo), Sorocaba (Flextronics, Lenovo), among other companies in the industry.

Collection: The Paulicomp-eco is responsible for all collection and transportation of electronic waste from the site stipulated by the partner companies to their recycling tanks.
Reverse Manufacturing: Process where sorting, dismantling of equipment, classification and separation of the resulting parts – printed circuit boards, iron, aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, plastic and others.
Destination: According to their classification, the resulting materials are forwarded to recycling partners committed to environmental preservation and properly licensed for the recycling of materials.
Recyclin: Circuit boards, parts and computer parts (notebook screens, HD’s, memories, sources and chargers, batteries, displays …), cell phone and electronic components.
Certification: We provide certificates of recycling of computer materials, cellular telephony (parts and parts) and electronic components.
